Todd Parnell - "Parney" as he is known in the industry - is as synonymous with colorful Minor League Baseball promotions as he is with his colorful "Parney Pants". And wrapped up an outlandish attire is man that has accumulated success at each stop in a 31 year Minor League Baseball career.

"Parney" may have not been his first boss Chuck Domino's first choice for his job back in 1990, but it was certainly his best choice. The two have been collaborating and trend-setting within the industry ever since. "Parney" talks about his start, how the business has changed, and of course some of his favorite promotions, new and old, in this extended chat with one of MiLB's biggest personalities.
